Material changes made after publication are logged here with the date, the page and what changed. We do not edit figures silently.
What gets logged
- Any change to a figure, date, document number or attribution.
- Any correction to a factual claim.
- Any addition of a source that fills a gap previously marked "data not found".
- Any removal of a claim that turned out not to be verifiable.
Typographical fixes, formatting and link maintenance are not logged.

Reporting an error
Use the contact page. The most useful report includes the page, the specific claim, and a document number or URL for the source that contradicts it. We will check it against the primary source and, if we got it wrong, correct the page and add a row here.
We are particularly interested in sources that fill the gaps listed in the data hub — the twelve figures we searched for and could not locate. If one of those exists and we missed it, we want to know.
